Only seeing robes

My computer should be able to load other players so I have no idea why I can only see everyone else in robes except for on the boat. Most my recommend settings are high and medium and I usually don't get lag, even on the lowest settings possible still just robes.

    When You open up the menu (before entering Settings), there's a separate tab "Robe Settings".
