how do i turn off this super glow

ok apparently, going to the avatar/outfitter shop and toggling Glow will actually show it outside of the shop

but neither of these are as intense as the first image. ????

    Same thing happened to me a few times earlier today. Not sure what triggered it but it went away after running a raid/dungeon. It would stick with me throughout Colhen.
