How exactly do you get an enchant box from fishes?

As stated above, is it from the rods, the spring pouches, or harpoon fishing?

    1. Get your cherry fishing rods from the strange traveler (cat)
    2. Start fishing with the poles. You can idle. It will auto-fish.
    3. Fishing will get you "Spring Pouch" and inside these pouches is a chance for this enchant box
