Depends. If you're looking to the future 8 crit and 4 speed will serve you better than 8 speed and 2 crit/2 bal. You can still hit the new 140 crit cap with Righteous, but I believe it will take you having a ton of crit infusions and fully maxed OJ shards in your weap.
Righteous. You get tons of crit from the lvl 95 weapons.
We're talking about current weaps, doe, and trying to get them in a place to hit the new crit cap. I wouldn't go too crazy scrolling if it's something I'm going to unbind and sell when 95 drops.
