I don't think many people will be interested in buying that since you used a purple weapon composite which can only go up to +10. Next time, you should use an orange primary and purple/blue shards instead so that the buyer can swap out the shards later to oranges without losing enhance levels. The way you currently have your weapon made, if someone wanted to replace the regina feather to an orange one, your weapon would be reset from +10 to 0.
As for a price estimate, that would depend on which server you're playing on, but I would imagine that it wouldn't sell for too much.
