unable to log in to nexon launcher

yesterday (march 11), i tried to log in to nexon launcher to get the event coupon +10/+15, but it keep gaving me some kind of error... i couldnt log in even thoug i had been playing in the day before and the game was fine...
i tried again later that night and i got in nexon launcher but the game wasnt showing up... i have to reinstall it even thoug i already had it on the pc... i couldnt open it!
result of that was i only finished intallation on the 12 or march, cause i went to sleep and i couldnt get the event coupon.
Anyone else got this happening to them?

    Same problem here, the launcher gave me the error 200100, and I couldn't log in. You think the ppl who couldn't log in can still get it somehow?

    no idea... thats why i post this in hope to get some answers... i got same error as you... when i came back home later that night the game gave a update buton on vindictus launcher intead a "Play" button. when i updated the game started downloading like 15gb ... i only got a chance to finish it this morning...
