Can't start Holy Grounds

Every time i select the battle, it doesn't default on any difficulty level, and when i put the options and launch the party it just doesn't start and it gives me this message.

"You were not able to create a party. Incorrect difficulty level." and i'm level 41 almost 42... the game asks for 40 as minimum so i don't know what is happening.

    Did you try to launch the party on the normal difficulty? That battle is supposed to have normal and hero grayed out, so if it didn't default to hard like you said that's all I can think of that would cause the problem. Try launching on hard if you haven't done so.
