Not receiving Super Week Daily Gift Boxes

Hi all,

Was just wondering if anyone else has been having issues with receiving these event boxes? I have no problem getting them on other characters on my account but my main always gets passed up. I think at this point I've missed around 4 or 5 boxes, and I log in every day. Is there a way of fixing this?

    For the weekend one you only get 1 per account.

    For the daily box you get 1 per level range. So if you log into an alt at level 90 first, that character will get the item and no other level 90 will get items on that account (server).
