Long Loading and no responding.

When I enter a battle from the ship, I stuck at the loading screen and no responding for about 2-3 mins. I don't understand why. And also when I quit the battle, it happened again, no responding and stuck at the end of the battle when I click return to town. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you!
