Quick Battle VS Docks

Is that 15% EXP bonus applied to solo games on quick battle or should i stick to the docks? also is the "hard + 15% bonus" from the quick battle better than the "hard + macha" from the docks?

    QB only give extra reward (exp, AP, core) when you have a full party.

    Also just to clarify from what I've seen, only 'real raids' give the extra core. There seems to be a decent amount of people that still think a lot of the non-raid QBs will drop an extra core when it won't.
