Pure love heart bugged? can't turn it in?

I completed my heart but i can't seem to find a way to turn it in at the strange traveler.. is it bugged or does it not work anymore? The timers on the halves were for nearlyy 30 days i believe and i still had time on it given i was able to put them together but now i cant even turn it in.

    Sorry to say this, but the Valentines Hearts Events has already ended.
    The event ended on February 16.
