Sorry but i dont know what kind of buff are this, someone have any idea?

    He's using Slashing High scrolls, you can see them on the quickbar next to the party feathers at 0:20.

    Slashing high gives virtually infinite stamina for a brief period of time. During that time, you have complete super armor, and increase in attack speed and stamina regeneration. This operates as a double edged sword as moves with multiple hitboxes can instantly kill you due to the super armor.

    It's from premium soap, and all the other consumables they have stacked. Just check the buff bar. It's not hard to get to ~190 base, and the stam buff from soap is around 40-50 on its own.

    Most of those buffs are old limited time event items. Some might have even been Japanese only.

    At 0:23 the buffs are

    TOP ROW:
    Elchulus fort buff, stamina potion, [unknown meat-bun buff 疾風の肉まん], VIP 7 day, Premium Soap, Succubus chocolate, [unknown bouquet buff ブーケ (booke)], [unknown fortune-telling talisman buff おみくじ (Omikuji)], debuff from consuming stimulant

    BOTTOM ROW:
    Slashing High scroll, Werewolf Paw, Fury, Heart of Ice, Focus Stimulant
    Occasionally you'll see the Ice Breaker buff on the bottom row like at 0:54.

    My guess is that she has 130 (natural) +42 (rank 3 stamina mastery) +50 (Premium Soap) +7 (armor set bonus) +2 (Pirate Earrings) +10 (Passion enchant x5) +10 (unknown avatar trinket) +20 (unknown buff).

    Vella has a natural 172 max stamina with maxed Stamina Mastery.
    Premium Soap is giving +50 Max Stamina.

    The post that's linked says 109 attack speed without temporary buffs, and that she's using Fury Enchant Scroll and the attack speed necklace from daily tickets. Therefore, the only Enchant Scrolls that could be used are 6 Passions, -1 if Berserker enchant is used. This means up to 12 stamina depending on the number of Passions.

    Judging by the date of the video, the high defense/critical resistance, and low attack, it's probably a level 60-80 weapon that's being used with level 90 armor. So this means 7 stamina from set bonus. If not, it could be 25 stamina from a Champion set (unlikely because critical resist would be closer to 50). Fallen Angel set also provides stamina, but this is even less likely because the defense would be like 8k or lower. Then there's 5-10 stamina from armor infusions (+2 infusions are incredibly unlikely).

    It's entirely possible. She'd have to give up the 5-part bonus for a 4-part bonus Braha (-1 STA), but that would make space for 2 Armadillo scrolls (+10 STA) on the head and legs.
