We will be performing a scheduled game update and European service migration on Wednesday, March 1st at 7:00 AM PST. During this period, all servers will be unavailable. We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 2 hours, concluding at around 9:00 AM PST.

- Start and End Time -

Pacific: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM PST

Eastern: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST

Europe: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM CET

Australia: 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM AEDT (Thursday, March 2nd)

Please note that the estimated length of time for each maintenance is subject to change without notification.

How to see/know if my country ( Belgium ) is blocked or not? Since 1st march I get that " Error: An unknown network error occurred. " and I have tried multiple fixes, nothing work..

Is not blocked im from belgium too besides Belgium is on this list https://support-vindictus.nexon.net/hc/en-us/articles/115000525666-European-Migration-FAQ hope you dont have internet in telenet they pretty suk and always have connection or lines problems . Cheers

I solved my problem. It was a problem of my host file content
