Unable to bind key for only one character

I am unable to bind a movement key for my Hurk. The key is currently bound for all other characters and works; but, when attempting to bind the key for Hurk, after exiting the settings page, it immediately unbinds.

Movement key is bindable to other buttons and works. It just does not work with the ; button.
