Unable to change Guild Master

Since Migration it's not possible to change guild master anymore. It was possible in EU XE version.

    This "Set new Guild Master" button still isn't back... Though I've seen a guild I just left able to switch the Guild Master to another player, I have no idea how they've done it :( I'd like to know how
