Level 85 reward bracelet?

So I hit 85 and claimed the reward, I thought I would get a bracelet for my class. But instead I got a Sapphire + Emerald bracelet. (I'm Delia).

I thought we were suppose to get Diamond+Emerald.

Or is it random?

    Random with 90% chance of useless bracelet for your class. My hurk got S/E too,while my evie got D/E. Make it character binding also "helps".
