Enemy HP Bar not Updating

Noticed so far only in Neamhain, didn't try on other raids. Unless you're the one attacking the boss, the HP bar will remain stuck at the same %. This can be easily noticed if you're rolling on the floor dead

    This happens in S3 raids too. It's not as noticeable because people can take pets into those raids and pet damage counts for the whole party and updates the HP bar even when you're not attacking.

    Appears to be fixed on EU as of today, not sure about other servers
