Can one move cosmetic items between characters?

I haven't played vindi for a while and feel like starting from scratch would be nice. However I have some cosmetic items on my existing characters that I don't want to lose. Is there any way to move them between characters? It would be of course on the same account and on the same class.

    Make-ups, tattooes, inners and avatars are bound to character.

    Should ask whatever his name is. How to transfer Iset and Tieve sets from one char to the other.
