WHY IS THE GAME UNPLAYABLE WITH THE USER INTERFACE

When I turn it completely off, the game plays smooth as silk, though I can't see health bars, quick slots, buffs, debuffs or anything basically useful. Have no idea when any skill is ready, kinda like a blind fool running around lag free and happy I'm lag free but raging inside that I can't play the game like I use to play it. Is Vindictus trying to get people to leave or something? And get rid of your stupid blackcipher for God's Sake.

I wish I was the boss of you people. You need a new boss to come in and take over and get things done.
