Shining luminaries gathering bug
Previously, if you didn't have at least 90 gathering skill and tried to gather from a shining luminary, the game would display a system message in the chat window telling you that your gathering skill wasnt high enough.
For some reason, the game no longer displays the error message. The game still displays the hand icon, but you cannot gather from the shining luminary because your gathering skill isnt high enough.
