Need some info on the Extraction rune.

    My question is, if I used it on my weapon which is a +13 righteous judgment [Has been restored before + Bounded to me] and I blow it up again using extraction rune, will I get a +13 weapon, and 100% scrolls, or the +'s will be gone?

    The weapon would disappear permanently, you'd only have the scrolls back in that case.

    This rune cannot extract enchants off accessories correct?

    Correct. You have to use the rune when enhancing an item, and you cannot use runes of any kind when enhancing accessories.

    With reforging being a thing, you can now extract ALR off a fused and permabound armor without going through dismantling.

    You can just reforge the item and use extraction rune during enhancement UI instead. Of course, the item has to be plus 14 or less for this to be even feasible.
