Inventory icons grayed out

As seen in the image half of my icons are grayed out and slightly shifted.

I've had this problem for around 5 months now (here's another thread detailing the same problem http://vindictus.nexon.net/Community/#/showthread.php?1550698-inventory-quickslot-graphical-errors&nxid=15) and uninstalling/reinstalling didn't do anything.
