Hello there.

I'm not getting the level up bags, nor do I have the option to chat story options with the mysterious traveler kitty at the inn. Halp! lol

    If you are referring only to the gear bags the mysterious traveler used to give, they were part of an event which is now over. So there is no way to obtain them anymore.

    No, not those ones. The ones you get at 10, 15, 20 etc. I'm still getting them on my other toons.
