Enhancing Astera Armor to +13
For some reason, every time I attempt to enhance my astera chestplate to +13 I am told "this action cannot be performed on this item". This is true while the item is fully repaired and does not need to be reforged. I have all of the enhancement materials as well, but still, I get this message. Not being able to enhance the item is a big hindrance as I barely do not meet critical chance requirements for raid parties. Any help is appreciated.
