Mysterious Necklace not growing

The Mysterious Necklaces on two of my characters, Miralynn (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v235/dsaf/2017_01_06_0000.jpg) and Danearyes (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v235/dsaf/2017_01_06_0001.jpg) on East server, are stuck with stats applied as if only 10 days of growth have occurred. However, I've been logging in on them every day and the growth limit counter reflects this unless the event details on the launcher are wrong and the counter doesn't increment by 2 if I do miss a day.
