When the game starts, at the character selection screen it is possible to select a new character, e.g., Charon. During character creation it is possible to select skin color from one of 46 colors.
If I try to change the skin color of an existing character:
Go to Wardrobe. Select [Alter Appearance] tab. Click [Edit Default Body Type], then [Purchase Coupon], then [Yes].
"Skin Color" is selectable under [Appearance] tab, however, only the first 20 colors can be accessed. The remaining 26 colors are not there!
