Red Moon Energy boss constantly cancel skill

I like to run red moon battles with transformation mode, but it is quite annoying when I start fighting final boss, skill "Active: Conviction" failed to activate so easily, it fails nearly every time, and it is even worse when fighting Ortel Castle in Red's Succubus, I 100% cannot activate it even if I wait for a few seconds after the battle starts

The skill works fine on any other battles, only red moon battles have this problem, it isn't causing any trouble but it sure is annoying, wonder if anyone else notice this problem?
