1st battle S3, Rocheste by sea, boss not killable

First battle for S3, Attack on Rocheste, Rocheste by the Sea. Paradise of Oblivion: Prologue. This boss will glitch out after doing the mini game sometimes. It's so frustrating especially as a new player coming back. It at least bugs out 2 out of 10 times fighting this boss. He will not die no matter what. I even try not to damage him much after the mini game but sometimes he'll bug anyways. Please have this fixed as this is a frustrating fight already
