Further Improvements to Quick Battle

In reference to the recent changes to quick battle (https://vindictus.nexon.net/news/70571/notice-for-vindictus-service-operation-improvements)

This was a very welcome change!
But I would like to suggest further scaling of Quick Battle parties down when departing with 2 players as well.
Even with the new available size of 3 players, it is still VERY hard to accomplish during nights, especially in the European server.

It would definitely be a saving grace for EU players, 2 players make up for a team too, after all
