A few years back, I loved using Focus Stimulant for the 100% attack delay cancellation; but now it says I cannot equip it on my character nor can I find any new ones to buy. Did they remove them entirely or replace them with something else? Or is Attack Delay no longer a thing?

    Yep yep they got removed due to balancing issues.

    Trans has also been updated where it no longer has 100% Impact Speed (Hit Delay), you now have to pick between 10% Impact Speed vs 1600 ADD.
