Delia smash turning speed bug

I posted about this issue back in august but it pretty much got ignored by the devs, so i'm posting the link to the old forum post here, again.

I found out today that this issue also applies to meteor impact (smash after dash)
please fix this

    Hey nexon, friendly little reminder. This was not fixed in the most recent update. fix it please.
