Other player's outfits don't load with chat opened

Hello,
I noticed other player's outfits don't load in town when I have the chat window opened.
When I close it, the game continues loading.
Looks like a bug to me...
Edit: it actually happens too when having any other window open in game (inventory, battle menu...)
