Aiming Staff Evie's Magic Arrows
Under Options -> Advanced Settings, with "Attack Where Camera Faces" disabled and all other auto-targeting options disabled, staff Evie will continue to aim magic arrows towards where the camera faces. This fixes itself when "Aim Secondary Weapon Forward" is enabled.
