Tessa Cygne Rouge Set Weapon Name

hello i just came back playing this game to play tessa..
as u can see tessa has armor and weapon set seen on the video and teaser..

my question is about the rapier weapon for tessa cygne rouge set is NOWHERE to be found..
i tried scrolling weaponsmithing 1 by 1 but i cannot find the weapon that looks similar for the cygne set as shown on video or trailer..

is this a BUG ?? or the developer really MESSING with player for REMOVING said weapon so NO ONE can wield it except in official video trailer ??

if anyone happen to know the weapon name OR WHERE can i craft it please tell me
