Total Path Points not increasing

I started a new Miri for the Sproutling event and noticed that the Total Path Points stopped advancing (at 401 in this case) even though I transform several times a day. This also seems to be the case for toons made previously (at 70k+ TPP).

Any ideas/solutions?
