Vindictus always freezes.

When I'm playing Vindictus my fps drops from 60 to 12 and freezes . Furthermore when I play other games like war thunder or warframe the game never freezes. Also the game doesn't run as smoothly as other games such as world of war ships or world of war planes.

Try disabling texture streaming?

Turning off texture streaming can eliminate sudden skips caused by camera panning. As for the framerate, the game isn't that well optimized. It is a long-running complaint for a lot of us but there are a few things you can do to try and help it out.
