Can't interact with several buildings in Colhen

I just completed the crash course level grinding and then completed all of the dialogue for the side missions and did the start of season 2 dream with Tieve. Now I cannot enter the forge, magic lab, traveler's shop, general store, carriage, or leave for Rocheste. Not sure if this is a bug or if I missed an interaction I was supposed to complete, but if somebody could help that would be fantastic. I can't move on with the season 1 story where you have to talk to Brynn, nor the season 2 story where you need to talk to Shayla about Malina.
