Connectivity Issues from South American?

Hi, I'm new to this community but not to the Nexon platform. I came to ask about an issue, I downloaded the game and when I was about to play it, I got the following message:

"Gameplay is not currently supported for either your current location of the country associated with your account. Please go to support FAQ for more information."

I am from Venezuela, a country located in South America. Is this country not available to play this game? If so, I would like to know the reason and sorry for the inconvenience.
