Item 4* quality reset to 2*?

So I had a 4* clean raider's helm. I was moving it between characters in guild storage. Somewhere in the shuffle, the item became a 2*

    You should file a support ticket. I just finished shuffling lots of 3* armor sets between characters and inside the guild storage and no changes have been made.
