How many Swift assassin marks before I pop?
If I remember correctly it used to take 10 golden marks before popping to get the bonus damage. I haven't been playing for the past 6 years and only recently came back to be told that it now only needs 7 and you only do 10 if you want the stagger and the full stamina refund. Is this true?
