Other characters dances?

I just got back into the game and I noticed you can get the other characters dances? I have feeling it was either from an event or past paywall...
but if not Id like to know how to get them lol.

    If you speak to a mercenary after reaching lvl 5 100% Closeness with them in the Mercenary Lounge (above the Mercenary Outpost) they will give you an item that teaches you their dance. It is, however, gender locked, but can be traded within your account via mail and shared storage.
