Did not get the title for goodbye 2016, hello 2017

howdy, me and my friend was not granted the "Goodbye 2016, Hello 2017" title when we logged in. Was there a bug that occurred?

    You had to be logged in before 11:50pm PST on December 31st to receive the title.

    If you were on before that time and up until the new year and you didn't get a title then please file a ticket to have a GM look into your case.
