+13 Restorative Enhancement Rune Seals of Bravery
I want to know something before spending 150 Seals of Bravery on a weapon if it will work first. I currently have a weapon that is +12 that I blew up and has been restored. At the bottom of the weapon it states... "This item is bound to this character" and also, "This item has already been restored before". Can you use the +13 Restorative Enhancement Rune from the Seal Shop to make it a +13, or will it fail because it has already been restored?
