Need a little help please

Hello everyone. I played this game on EU server almost 2 years ago. Now I want to play it again. But there are some problems on EU server download. I cannot download the game from EU website. Can I download from American server and play the game on any American servers? I heard about migration shenanigans but I couldnt understand it because im away for a long time.

    Is the EU version on Steam? If so, I recommended trying to get it through that.

    I can say that on my American client end of things, I cannot access any of the EU servers, so the migration is still incomplete.
