Request to Whitelist Egypt
Good afternoon.
A couple of days ago I sent a ticket to Nexon requesting to whitelist Egypt.
I created my account back when the game was new (late 2010 or early 2011). Evie, Lann, and Fiona were the only players. I was at home at that time, residing in NYC. I had no issues playing the game.
For personal reasons, I have moved to Egypt and will be here for an uncertain amount of time.
Since, I have struggled to access the game, and gave up.
When I heard Vindictus changed their servers and allowed new regions to play, I checked if Egypt was on the list. It wasn't, so that is when I submitted a ticket, asking if it was. A reply to my ticket informed me the game supported my region. But after downloading and launching, the game informed me that my area wasn't allowed.
I was advised to post my suggestion/request here.
If there is no reason Egypt is blocked from the servers, I request the country be white-listed.
