Made a mistake upon NX purchase.

Hello everyone,

I came back to vindictus after 2/2.5 years of being afk due alot of issues and stuff that needed to be sorted. Bought NX to get some ingame cash to work on my lvl 95 gear..

But what i didn't know is that you have to select the gift option in the NX store to send NX items to someone.. So i ended up with wasting 9600 NX on 20 premium market coupons that i won't use.... Yeah it sounds kinda idk... Dumb... But i really had no idea that it works that way now..

My question hereby would be : 'Can i get a refund on that 9600 NX if possible, so i can do it right the next time'..
