Airtight Sets on MP?

So I got a couple sets from past events that i'm not planning on using and was just gonna sell but I've never sold anything airtight on the MP before personally so I'm not quite sure myself about this but when i try yo list a set I get this message.

"This item can only be traded once, so it can no longer be traded at the Marketplace."

So like does that mean the person who buys it can no longer sell it like pretty much everything or for once does actually mean if it fails to sell in time I can no longer put it up on the MP to try and sell it again? I don't really see it being the latter but I'd rather ask first just in case and find buyers first before listing.
