Change service area 'New Zealand' available again.

I have been playing vindi for couple of years when there was Australia server.

After merging with NA server, I have seen 'Not available' on play button once. I have sent ticket before saying NZ is not valid service area, but this last for couple of days and playable fine after that again.

Now its up again and its over week and still not disappearing. I know that i am playing from New Zealand and its not Australia but its very close and same region identified as Oceania.

Maplestory 2 has new Zealand on service area but can't find vindictus. Could you unlock region for New Zealand?
