This probably seems like a dumb idea to most people, but I think it'd be nice if there was an option in-game to change your preferred pronouns/gender. It can get annoying for me (a trans-dude) to be called "she" in reference to Vella. Maybe a little gender symbol by our names and a change in the in-game dialogue as well? Just a thought.
