Crafting question - new player need help
Hello
I'm a new player, and i have a problem with crafting. I found info that i should get a quest "Learn expertise" from Strange Traveler after reaching level 22. I didn't get that quest. I dont know if this info is up to date, or maybe something's changed. Can anyone tell me how can i learn crafting?
